The new wine region of Mendoza, with only 20 years, very close to the middle mountain range and more than 1100 m.a.s.l. An area characterized by high peaks, fertile valleys, hail area in summer and frost in the winter months. Its soils are alluvial, stony and with an important presence of calcium carbonate and sand. We had an amazing 2 days in the professional and knowledgeable hands of Matias. Matias planned our journey with a food and wine focus through 6 wineries with 2 spectacular lunches. From the minute we started our communication with Matias from Australia down to the hotel pick up everything was smooth sailing .. the service is definitely spot on and he is a great guy! Our favorite lunch was el Enemigo, great wine and food in a eclectic venue. The UCO Valley is also spectacular definitely worth the drive. We highly recommend touring with Matias .. you will sit back in his comfortable car, relax and enjoy!

El clima, el paisaje, la naturaleza, todo muy muy bueno, pero, si todo eso no hubiese estado acompañado por la dedicación, amabilidad, sencillez, y la cordialidad de Matias seguramente en tantos días hubiésemos extrañado un poco nuestros pagos. Matias tiene "angel" y nos hizo sentir esplendidos a todos. Y todos somos seis. Siempre tuvo palabras para los seis, conocimos lugares espectaculares, gente muy cordial, comidas exquisitas, vinitos mmmm sabrosos. Mendoza es un lugar MARAVILLOSO.
